Supposing you are able to sign into Teams on the web, then my understanding is that the issue is related to the Teams desktop client side. Re-confirm whether your Teams service is OK firstly, to do so, please try signing into Teams on the web via. You can watch the progress in vSphere Client’s Recent Tasks list.
